The Beginners Guide to Meditation

Small Moments.

Meditation isn’t about silencing every thought. It’s about redirecting your attention to something specific. It can be an object, breath, or a mantra.

When your mind begins to wander (because it will), try to acknowledge and release; returning attention to your anchor.

Start with a few minutes a day. Practice over perfection and with time, you’ll notice the shift: stress reduction, focus improvement, and emotional balance.

Release & Receive.
