We’re thrilled that you’re interested in vending at the Reset Fest! It’s truly a great opportunity to engage with the community, introduce new products/services, and grow your business!

Reset Fest is our annual wellness festival, committed to giving the community access to a day of wellness in all forms. We are rooted in community, so the goal is always‍ to reach as many people as possible. With that being said, ‍this years event will offer free general admission, and $30 ticket fee for VIP access. Vendors are required to adhere to a $199 fee for participation.

1. Prime Location-This years event will be held at the Pearl Innovation District, home of Wake Forest School of Medicine, IRCAD, and Atrium. The Pearl is one of Charlotte’s newest developments, and the first Innovation District in the City. If you choose to vend, you’ll be visible amongst The Pearls’ residents, staff, and community partners.

2. Intentional Foot-Traffic- You’ll have endless opportunity to sell your products amongst a diverse, highly engaged crowd.

3. Experience Driven- Is this your typical vendor set-up? Absolutely not. Reset Fest is designed as an immersive wellness experience. From wellness activations to curated vendors, every detail is designed to foster connection, creativity, and restoration, creating an environment where your brand can truly stand out.
